  1. OnlineMortgageAdvisor put together a list of the most popular and talked about celebrities, researched their homes and the homes in square feet. As many of the celebrities included have large property portfolios, the main residence most recently associated with each celebrity was used.
  2. To find out the estimated prices per currency OnlineMortgageAdvisor used the current exchange rate.
  3. OnlineMortgageAdvisor then divided the square foot of each home by its most recent reported price to find out how much each square foot would roughly cost.
  4. OnlineMortgageAdvisor then looked into the average salary from each country listed to work out the estimated average of how much each country would be able to afford from each celebrity home.
  5. To find out how much each country would be able to afford, we divided the country’s average salary by the price per square foot.
