Eligibility

The Refer a Friend Scheme (“the Scheme”) is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have previously made an enquiry with Find a Mortgage Online Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
The referred friend (“Referee”) must be a new customer to Find a Mortgage Online Ltd and must not have previously enquired or applied for a mortgage with us.
The Referrer may not refer themselves.

The Referrer must share their unique referral link with the Referee. The referral link can be found in communications from us or requested via onlinemortgageadvisor.co.uk.
The Referee must use this referral link to submit their enquiry in order to be eligible for the reward.
If the referral link is not used, the referral will not qualify for the Scheme.

When the Referee completes a mortgage using an Online Mortgage Advisor (OMA) advisor, both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a £100 cash reward.
Within 14 days of the completed mortgage, we will contact both parties to request bank account details for payment.
Payment will be made by bank transfer within 28 days of receiving the required bank details.
Payment will only be made once the mortgage has successfully completed and all eligibility criteria have been met.

There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual may make.
Only one reward will be paid per successful mortgage completion per Referee.
We reserve the right to refuse or withhold a reward if the referral process is not followed exactly, or if we suspect abuse, fraud, or that the terms of the Scheme have not been met.

Rewards are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Scheme at any time without notice. Referrals received before such changes will be honoured.
Our decision on all matters relating to the Scheme is final.
The Scheme does not form part of any contract for mortgage advice or arrangement.
All personal data provided in connection with the Scheme will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Scheme can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or scheme.

The Scheme is operated by Find a Mortgage Online Ltd, Bezant House, Bradgate Pk Vw, Chellaston, Derby DE73 5UH, trading as Online Mortgage Advisor.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
