  1. How our experience is created (well known neuroscience shows us this is generated in our minds, not from things outside of us).
  2. Who you really are, cannot be psychologically damaged by anything external. Our natural state is one of peace and wellbeing, and is able to deal with the ups and downs of life. We think ourselves out of it, when we could just let our minds settle for Clarity to emerge.
