To qualify for the cashback offer (the “offer”) you must complete a mortgage with a broker we have referred you to within 6 months of having left your initial enquiry with Find a mortgage limited t/a Online Mortgage Advisor.

The enquiry must be submitted via our bad credit (https://onlinemortgageadvisor.outgrow.us/match-me-with-a-bad-credit-specialist/) or mortgage repayment (https://www.onlinemortgageadvisor.co.uk/enquiry/mortgage-repayments-sf/) enquiry forms.

This offer is only open to new enquiries left via our website www.onlinemortgageadvisor.co.uk between 28.01.20 and 11.02.20

This offer is only available to residents of Great Britain. Residents of the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland are not eligible.

To redeem the Offer, please go to www.onlinemortgageadvisor.co.uk/enquiry/claim-your-cashback/ within 30 days of having completed your mortgage and enter the information required. We will then use the information provided to determine whether your application for redemption is valid.

Cash payments will not be permitted.

You will receive your cashback within 90 days of having completed the form on www.onlinemortgageadvisor.co.uk/enquiry/claim-your-cashback/

The cashback method of payment will be at the discretion of Find a mortgage Ltd either by PayPal or by way of BACS to the same account details as entered in the payment details section of www.onlinemortgageadvisor.co.uk/enquiry/claim-your-cashback/

Cashback is paid from commission paid to Find a mortgage Ltd by your broker. If Find a mortgage Ltd does not receive the commission from your broker for any reason it shall be entitled to withhold any cashback payments at its sole discretion.

Employees or contractors of Find a mortgage Ltd, or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Offer shall not be eligible to redeem the Offer.

Participants in the Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Find a mortgage Ltd accepts no responsibility for applications for redemption of the Offer that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be processed for any technical or other reason.

The Offer is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and may only be used once per Customer.

Find a mortgage Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time for any reason and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, in each case at the sole discretion of Find a mortgage Ltd. Any decision made by Find a mortgage Ltd in connection with the Offer will be final.

Find a mortgage Ltd reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Offer in its sole discretion, including if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, a misuse of our intellectual property rights (including Find a mortgage Ltd trademarks and/or materials), any misrepresentation, abuse of the Offer or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with the Offer.
