OMA Mortgage Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Enquiry must be made through the Online Mortgage Advisor website through an online form.
The initial application with a 3rd party must not have started before being declined by an advisor matched by Online Mortgage Advisor.
Must have proof of a full mortgage offer from a 3rd party.
Full mortgage offer must have been made by a 3rd party within 2 weeks of being declined by an advisor matched by Online Mortgage Advisor.
Only valid on cases declined by an advisor matched by Online Mortgage Advisor where decline happened within 4 weeks of initial enquiry creation date.
Not being matched to an advisor or no contact from an advisor does not constitute an offer being declined.
Only one claim per person.

Online Mortgage Advisor reserves the right to decline a claim if any of the above conditions have not been met or can’t be evidenced by the customer.
