Pete Mugleston

Managing Director

Pete, our Managing Director, is an expert in all things mortgages. He began his career as a graduate at Experian and went on to work as a mortgage broker for over 10 years before co-founding Online Mortgage Advisor with David Bird.

David Bird

Marketing Director

David is a digital marketing expert specialising in SEO, PR, and content. His principles-driven approach to marketing, combined with his creativity, has been instrumental in the business's growth and serves as the perfect complement to Pete’s expertise.

Sion Hill

Operations Director

Sion has been with us since 2022 and plays a vital role in our operations. As Chief Integrator, he ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing Dave and Pete to focus on building the company’s vision.

April Cooper

Case Manager

April joined us in 2025, chosen from over 100 applicants - for good reason! Her warm personality, exceptional experience, and sharp eye for detail ensures every case runs smoothly, whilst also making the mortgage journey as enjoyable as possible for her clients.

Victoria Davidson

Case Manager

Victoria has over 16 years experience working across the financial services and housing industry, including 2 years as a dedicated Mortgage Adviser. She's known for her keen eye for detail and has a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys family life with her husband and 2 children, often spending weekends exploring local country parks.

Chloe Wagstaff

Case Manager

Chloe has over four years of experience in the mortgage industry, she brings a strong background in both mortgages and conveyancing. This dual expertise allows her to guide clients through the entire home buying process with confidence. Her aim is to make the clients experience as smooth running and enjoyable as possible whilst ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
