When we asked Jamie Smart for some stress-busting top tips, we were a little surprised with the answer – there aren’t any!

Simply understanding how the mind works and recognising when we’re feeling off, and then… doing nothing.

Additive approaches, that is, adding, thinking, doing or trying something new like some magazine’s “top tips”, rarely work. What works is subtractive – understanding the capacity that you already have going for you, and removing thought.
