Pete Mugleston

Managing Director

Pete, our Managing Director, is an expert in all things mortgages. He began his career as a graduate at Experian and went on to work as a mortgage broker for over 10 years before co-founding Online Mortgage Advisor with David Bird.

David Bird

Marketing Director

David is a digital marketing expert specialising in SEO, PR, and content. His principles-driven approach to marketing, combined with his creativity, has been instrumental in the business's growth and serves as the perfect complement to Pete’s expertise.

Sion Hill

Operations Director

Sion has been with us since 2022 and plays a vital role in our operations. As Chief Integrator, he ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing Dave and Pete to focus on building the company’s vision.

Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Richard is a CeMAP-qualified mortgage specialist, as well as possessing a CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and a BA in Anthropology. During his 24 years in financial services, Richard has helped over 10,000 customers.

Jean Pierre Kalebic

Jean Pierre is a CeMAP-qualified mortgage specialist with over twenty years of experience in the industry. In that time, he has helped over 1,000 people secure mortgages.

Greg has worked in financial services for the last 15 years. Outside of work, he can normally be found in an ice bath, which he does every day, spending time with his wife Victoria and two dogs, Darren and Hattie, cooking on one of his five BBQs all year round, or watching rugby.
